There is an active technical connection to the VW and/or Audi partner company network available and the needed Volkswagen Group systems and applications are reachable.
Service and support is provided by operational services GmbH & Co. KG on the basis of service contracts with your company.

Since you started using the CSN service, changes have occurred and new requirements have arisen in the context of your collaboration with the Volkswagen Group, which you would like to report to operational services GmbH & Co. KG for notification and processing.
